The place looked nice inside. We got to check in 5 hours early which was awesome after our long drive. Room was clean but dated. No free coffee or breakfast, which is a letdown. Price was way too high for what we got.

The breakfast was disappointing and took ages to be served. Staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in easy.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for those attending concerts at a nearby venue just 8 miles away. We also appreciated the nice pool and the fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance.
The rooms had a moldy/dusty smell, causing sneezing and coughing. The AC units were old and blew out dusty air.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn was a mix of highs and lows. I was impressed by the comfortable bed and pillows in the King room. It was a relief to find a nice flatscreen TV, a microwave, and an iron/ironing board in the closet. The room appeared clean and well-maintained, which was a definite plus. there were some notable areas that left much to be desired. One major downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I was taken aback to find hair in the shower and had to clean it myself before I could use it. The toilet had issues with flushing properly, and the shower ceiling was peeling, which was quite off-putting. The room also had a strange old smell that lingered throughout my stay. the lack of basic amenities was disappointing. The outdated Keurig coffee pot not being stocked in the room was inconvenient, and having to call for it felt like unnecessary extra work for the staff. The carpet in the room had pieces of food on it, and some aspects of the room, like the walls and the fridge, were in need of maintenance. On the service end, there were some hiccups. The front desk service was lacking, resulting in delays and frustration, especially when trying to get a copy of my receipt upon check out. It was also disappointing to experience issues with the elevator, long wait times for breakfast, and being overcharged for unclear items on my bill. Despite these challenges, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a redeeming quality in an otherwise subpar experience. for the price I paid, I had expected a more pleasant and seamless stay without the various cleanliness and maintenance issues.

The staff was extra friendly and accommodating, granting an early check-in upon request and even surprising us with a honeymoon suite upgrade! The location was conveniently close to the beach, just a short 20-minute drive away. Plus, the room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our relaxing getaway.
The cleanliness left something to be desired during our stay. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent and we had to request fresh towels multiple times due to limited services.

While staying at the hotel, our family enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Sandler Center, catching a lively performance that enthralled both parents and kids alike. The iMax Theatre offered thrilling shows like Dino World Tour that left us all in awe.
My kids wished for a larger indoor play area.

The state, of, the, art fitness center kept me in shape. Enjoyed watching 275 flights per day at the Naval Air Station. The hotel's location near restaurants was awesome.
The lobby bar needed some serious restocking.

My squad and I had a lit time hitting up the Sandler Center for shows and the iMax Theatre - total vibe! The chill staff kept our party going strong, and the clean rooms were perfect for crashing after a wild night.
Yo, we need a sick rooftop bar or club here to keep the party vibe alive 'round the clock! .
